Nica Millerson
Principal, LLB, BCCJ
With over 15 years' experience in the legal industry, Nica has previously worked in a small, general practice and more recently in a national, top tier law firm. She currently practices primarily in property law with a keen interest in the seniors living space and retirement living.
Nica has previously acted for leading operators within the retirement industry and has also acted for residents moving into retirement villages. She assists residents by advising on the key terms of their retirement village contracts and assisting them throughout the process through until settlement.
Nica has been a member of the Property Council of Australia’s 100 Women in Property and has also been a regular presenter for the Property Council, on the topic of retirement living legislation. Nica is passionate about the retirement and property industry and enjoys being part of this ever-evolving industry.
Lara Flanagan
Partner, LLB
With over 20 years’ experience in the legal industry, Lara has worked in national top tier law firms as well as in-house for one of Australia’s leading property developers. She currently practises primarily in property law, with a particular interest in property development and off-the-plan sales.
Lara has extensive experience advising clients across a broad range of property transactions, including residential and commercial acquisitions and disposals, development projects, and off-the-plan purchases.
Her unique experience working both in private practice and in-house provides her with a practical understanding of the legal and commercial considerations involved in property transactions.
Lara is passionate abot delivering an exceptional client experience and is committed to ensuring her clients feel informed, supported and comfortable throughout the buying or selling process. She understands that property transactions are often significant life events and takes pride in guiding her clients through each stage with clear, practical advice and a personal approach.

Juanita Creevey
Conveyancing Manager
Juanita heads up the residential conveyancing team at our firm and has over 25 years’ experience in property conveyancing and retirement village matters.
Juanita has had experience working in small firms, looking after individuals who are buying and selling property and has also had experience working in large top-tier law firms acting for commercial clients.
She prides herself on providing a friendly and personalised service to her clients all across Queensland.
Anissa Green
Office Manager
Anissa is our administrative lead and conyenancing assistant. Anissa is an all-rounder and works closely alongside with our lawyers and the team to assist with the administrative side of our matters.
Anissa has 34 years of experience working in law firms across different practice areas including family law and property law.
She has a calm and caring approach with all clients and goes above and beyond to assist.
